Red Accent on Machu Picchu

Posted by
Kingfish (Menlo Park, United States) on 2 February 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

I took this in the morning as the fog lifted off Machu Picchu. I thought these plants added such a nice piece of foreground to the ancient Incan site. We walked all over Machu Picchu that day, and I honestly think it changed my life. There is a peace and a nobility that lives in this place, and you really can't grasp it unless you see it yourself. Magical.
